Welcome to the Yorkshire House (Building Six) in Point Brittany, where you have not only purchased a home but a fabulous way of life.
A community newsletter, the Brittany Breeze, will assist you in becoming familiar with the many amenities, services and activities at Point Brittany, as well as important information concerning the community. When published, the Breeze is available in the first floor lobby of Building Six or at the Residents Clubhouse.
If this is your first experience in community living, we are certain that you will find it pleasant and realize that it is different from living in a single-family dwelling. The Condominium is governed by the Declaration Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and a number of rules and regulations published by the Building Six Board of Directors. By reading and abiding by these documents, your new life of condominium living will be enjoyable and satisfying.
To help orient you to condominium life in building six, we are providing you a copy of the current rules and regulations published by the Board of Directors. To further assist you, we are also providing a copy of the building six guidelines which explain a number of need-to-know items. Our building is managed by a Board of Directors elected by the owners. A current list of Board members is enclosed for your convenience.
