  1. Having a blog site is a wonderful communications tool which allows the Board to communicate openly with fellow unit owners. Its strength is that it allows the owners and long term renters to provide their thoughts and suggestions to the board. What a great tool!

  6. KUDOS go out to Ruth Lasher for her new addition of the posting area in the mailroom lobby. It sure beats trying to read the wet floor pedestal used before.

  7. Good idea..but the "wet floor pedestal" was supposed to only have bright brief announcements to alert residents that there was an important announcement posted in the mailtoom. The last Board used it to post long, small-print dosertaions..NOT what that stand was meant for.

  8. KUDOS go out to Ceil who met with the various contractors regarding the parking problem at the west end of the building. They were told to unload their tools and materials and then check in with the guard across Leland and park their vehicles in the designated parking area. This frees up the west entrance for deliveries and residents who walk their pets. This apparently was the rule in the past but some
contractors who frequent the building choose to test it.
